Public-Interest Technology Data Science Corps Students and Mentors Publish Study on NYC Parking Tickets

Led and mentored by PhD Alum, Dr. Jonathan Auerbach and Dr. Owen Ward, a team of PIT-DSC students carried a study on parking tickets in Manhattan that sought to answer the question: ”Does it pay to park in front of a fire hydrant?”
