Find the invitation and RSVP in the MA Statistics Newsletter on Wednesday, November 16. Read more about Gökçe Dayanıklı.
SUMMARY by Milton Lim; MA Statistics Student; President, Columbia Statistics Club:
“Gökçe completed her PhD in Operations Research & Financial Engineering at Princeton University in 2022. Gökçe is interested in mean-field games, especially how the incentives imposed by the regulator affect the behaviour of large number of agents. This is distinct from agent-based models (a common misconception). She has applied her research in modelling carbon emissions, advertising, and epidemics.”
