The Departments of Mathematics and Statistics at Barnard College and Columbia University, respectively, are proud to invite you to our inaugural Women in Mathematics and Statistics (WiMS) presentation Finding Strength in the Numbers: Growing Up Stories. Our speakers will share their STEM journey and how they are making their mark in their fields.

The Brown Institute is located on the entry floor of Pulitzer Hall (Journalism School) on Columbia’s Morningside campus. Once you enter Pulitzer Hall, the Brown Institute is located in the east wing behind a glass door. For those joining from off campus, the formal address of Pulitzer Hall is 2950 Broadway. The entrance to the building is on the southeast side.
