I am a postdoctoral research fellow at Columbia University and New York University. I am working with Dr. Andrew Gelman and Dr. Jennifer Hill on developing an R package for missing data imputation and model checking.
I received my Ph.D at the Graduate Center, the City University of New York. The PhD thesis is entitled, "Remittances and Political Liberalization," which is a cross-national statistical analysis plus two case studies of Mexico and Taiwan of the effects of remittances on political analysis. I obtained the Master of International Affairs at Columbia University in 2002; the MA in Politics at New York University in 2003. I got my BA in Diplomacy at National Chengchi University in Taiwan in 1998.
My research interests involves Comparative Democratization, Political Economy and Political Methodology (Causal Inference, Bayesian Methods, Multilevel Modeling and Game Theory).
