This is a collection of libraries useful for machine learning and data mining.
It requires Python 2.3 or 2.2 and
the Orange machine learning framework library, both freely downloadable.
Clustering
This is an implementation of k-means clustering, fuzzy clustering and hierarchical agglomerative clustering. Documentation
Supervised Learning
This is an implementation of logistic regression, libsvm-based SVM for classification, regression
and density estimation, plus a wrapped SVM classifier which outputs class probabilities! Documentation
