Dr. Turkowitz is responsible for oversight of key aspects of the MA Program including the launch of the new hybrid online/on campus program, student affairs, career services, as well as overall communication management. Dr. Shrivastava is an experienced career development and alumni relations professional, with a strong track record in transforming students into professionals. She teaches a course on professional development and heads the team that edits graduate students’ resumes and cover letters and organizes more than 60 events a semester, including mock interview sessions, alumni panels and employer meetings. She connects with employers and alumni to find and advertise jobs to students and graduates.

Jill is the primary point of contact for prospective and current students. She facilitates communication within the MA Program, helps guide registration procedures, participates in event planning, and offers support for the Admissions Committee and the Faculty Advisers.

Zammy Diaz Lebron, Assistant Director Career Development and Alumni Relations, is a career coach and adviser. She works with students and alumni on improving their resumes and providing them with the interviewing, presentation and networking skills needed to advanced their careers.
